Starting with glorious hot weather and finishing in the rain 36 members and friends enjoyed a busy and varied week at Orange. Day trips out to local highlights like Mt. Canobolas, Lake Canobolas and the Pinnacles for great views, Cowra Japanese Gardens and POW camp for history, Canowindra for fossils, wineries and hotels for food, local villages like Millthorpe, Lucknow and Molong for local hospitality all kept us going. We even had a night at the movies to see “Lee” and an enjoyable trivia night in the rain. Thanks go to Karen and Dom for organising such a wonderful holiday.
